**Introduction**
Within IT Flat Europe organisation, the Digital & IT Quality, Manufacturing and Maintenance perimeter is responsible for the IT Strategy of the Quality, Manufacturing and Maintenance functions, including efficiency (process and system exploitation and optimisation). Digital & IT Quality, Manufacturing and Maintenance perimeter covers the following domains:
- Products domain (A2C/AQDB)
- Quality tools domain (QuARTo)
- MES domain (PSI)
- Plant of the Future (PotF) domain
- Maintenance domain (ARMP) Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) domain
Part of the Digital & IT Quality, Manufacturing and Maintenance perimeter, Digital Plant of the future (PotF) is supporting Flat Europe decarbonisation ‘Green Steel’. The primary mission of the PotF is to implement the IT/OT stack for the new upstream low carbon steel making with DRI/EAF for which we closely collaborate with many stakeholders:
- Central DECARB program team
- Clusters
- EPCM partner (Engineering, Procurement, Construction management)
- PMC partner (Project Management Consultants) OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
In order to strengthen the team responsible we are looking forward to a PMO support member in the team. The first mission will be to support on a specific IT need to be addressed with urgence, being the integration of the external PMC organization in ArcelorMittal.
**What does the job entail?**
- Take the primary PMO role within the Plant of the Future domain- Establish & run project governance with a structure approach
- Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders (project reporting), like the project progress, health, status of milestones & deliverables, financials like budget, actual, MRF, etc
- Coordinate resources in the teams/organizations involved in the implementation.
- Assist in the definition of project scope & objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plan to monitor & track progress- In specific to manage the project execution of the PMC integration:
- Steer together with the involved IT teams the development of the various interfaces between the PMC and AM tools for doc control (SDx), scheduling (P6), cost control & material management (ACE), forecasting & KPIs.
- Handle IT needs to allow the onboarding of PMC people in AM (either via AM account or B2B)
**Additional mission**:
A PMO role for the implementation of ERMS (Environmental Report Management System) will also come in Scope. In this mission, D&IT Quality, Manufacturing and Maintenance will play a role of facilitator between the Corporate Environment project Team and the clusters.

- Master's degree in IT or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- You are an experienced IT Project Manager
- You have strong analytical skills and a healthy sense of criticism
- You are autonomous, flexible, organized and rigorous
- You have strong communication and listening skills. You love information sharing and bringing other people on another level by guiding/coaching
- You have solid change management skills.
- You are fluent in English. Any other European language such as French, Dutch or Spanish is appreciated You are able to travel upto 25% of your working time
