**Responsibilities**:
You will be establishing, maintaining, reviewing and analysing the relevant investment management related KPI/KRI whilst Identifying and controlling potential investment related conflicts of interest. The role itself will allow you to support on the preparation of reports for various internal committees and Boards. Alongside this, you will also review Investment Recommendation and ancillary due diligence materials prepared by the Investment Advisor, prepare critical assessments and present the independent review to the IC for approval.

**Skills**:Strong Knowledge of all asset classes.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the UCITS/AIF fund industry and especially of the CSSF Circular 18/698 are essential part of the role

CFA or CAIA or equivalent qualification an advantage.

Successful track record of building effective working relationships at a senior level to actively influence and achieve results.

Understanding of SFDR regulation and ESG alignment.
