Job description

**Your Job as** **DAC6 Officer**:
This position is to **reinforce** the **team**. They are **3 persons** on the team and they are more than** 200 people** in Luxembourg. You will report to the **Tax Manager** based in Luxembourg. **In this role you will**:
**Process requests for advice in the following areas**:

- Perform the ongoing
- **monitoring of DAC6.**
- Analysis and preparing of guidance documentation within the DAC6 regulations.

**Prepare appropriate arrangements** for each impacted product.
- Report arrangements to tax authorities.
- Coordinate between
- **clients**,
- **tax advisors** and other service providers

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least
- **1 years** working on
- ** DAC6**.
- You are a graduate of Bac+4/Bac+5 in
- **law or economics**.
- You are fluent in
- **English**.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- **Excel in particular**).
- You have an excellent knowledge of personal
- **taxation applicable** to Luxembourg.
