**Dans le vif du sujet : La mission**

Pour une célèbre banque luxembourgeoise, vous intégrez une équipe de Business Analyste pour un projet E-banking:

- Échanger avec les équipes métier pour identifier les éléments clés de l'activité ;
- Organisation de workshops ;
- Écrire les Users-Stories ;
- Faire le suivi de projet avec les parties prenantes (Développeurs, testeurs, program manager et les utilisateurs) ;
- Organiser les formations / Rédiger les procédures pour accompagner les utilisateurs ;
- Préparer une roadmap pour la réalisation des besoins ;
- Documenter les process

**Le processus**

Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans un poste similaire en tant que Business Analyst d'**au moins 5 ans**
- Savoir montrer, transmettre et partager ses connaissances, ses idées et ses méthodes de travail.
- Agir de manière intègre, conformément aux attentes de l'organisation, respecter la confidentialité et les engagements et éviter toute forme de partialité.
- Aptitudes à travailler en équipe
- Maîtrise impérative du français et de l'anglais.
