**Scopo e Attività**:
We are looking for a Senior Client Management Officer for the Sales & Client Management Team of Eurizon Capital S.A. Part of the Sales and Client Management Team, the Client Management Officer supports the unit and contributes in the day to day activity providing and/or identifying answers and/or best solutions to the day to day queries received by internal and external clients. The position is based in Luxembourg.
Main activities:
- Monitors the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as described in the respective checklist, providing the evidence and if necessary modifying the process with the validation of his hierarchy
- Involved in the business as usual process of account opening and/or Onboarding process of new relationships with partners and/or distributors
- Supports the Clients Manager Senior Officer in the day to day activities, queries and controls
- Supports the unit with the due diligences questionnaires to be produced for regulations purposes and/or internal follow up based on the activities outsourced to external partners
- Supports the unit with all the administrative activities during the internal committees and/or external events or meetings;
- Supports the Sales Forces and its clients about all their queries linked to products and/or funds static data

**Esperienza Richiesta**:
Work experience requirements: at least 10+ years' experience in Asset Management and Fund administration Industry (Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting and depositary Bank).
**Competenze Richieste**:
- Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field
- Sound experience in Asset Management and Fund administration Industry (Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting and depositary Bank)
- In-depth understanding of investment products, philosophy and processes
- Excellent knowledge of computer-based tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Synthetical and technical skills to how manage the queries from internal and external clients
- Client focus, flexibilitye and proactivity
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
- Fluent knowledge of English and French is required. Italian is a plus
