Directement rattaché à la Direction des ressources humaines, vous aurez pour **principale mission** d’accompagner les équipes (Managers et employés) sur la partie opérationnelle des RH. A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
**Missions**
- Assurer le recrutement (job description, publication des annonces, sélection, entretiens)
- Organiser l’intégration et la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs concernés
- Gérer et accompagner les opérationnels sur les procédures disciplinaires (relevé des faits, entretiens préalables, rédaction des sanctions, gestion des litiges et des sorties)
- Assurer le suivi et la communication auprès des collaborateurs en lien avec les opérationnels (évaluation pendant la période d’essai, réponses aux questions, suivi des demandes,)
- Gérer les demandes de formation et piloter la gestion administrative (inscriptions, suivi, déclaration annuelle)
- Contribuer au projet d’implémentation du SIRH Workday (relevé des procédures existantes et rédaction des nouvelles, rédaction du cahier des charges en intégrant les spécificités locales, tests avant mise en production)
- Contribuer aux projets RH
- Assister la DRH sur la gestion opérationnelle et administrative des RH (rédaction des contrats et avenants, conditions de travail, préparation des dossiers, rédaction des procédures RH)
- Assister la DRH sur les dossiers juridiques (reprise du personnel, élections professionnelles, gestion des partenaires sociaux avec le recueil des informations nécessaires )
**Profil**
- Bachelor ou Master en Ressources Humaines et/ou Droit du travail
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines sur un poste généraliste
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles
- Réactivité et fiabilité
- Rigueur exemplaire et confidentialité
- **Langues**: français, anglais courant
