At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Reference Data Manager** to join our UniQue team in Luxembourg.

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Develop a robust IT specification framework for data flows from acquisition to dissemination and reference data management.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their processes and requirements
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to understand the information system architecture and their contraints.
- Coach business team members in the effective use of FMR (Financial Reporting Management), with an emphasis on clarity and consistency
- Define the scope of the FMR (Financial Reporting Management) tool usage, the scope of acquisition and dissemination process and the scope of reference data management
- Ensure that the specifications produced are understandable and usable by the IT and business teams.
- Ensure that the analyses produced are compatible with Agile methodologies and enable iterative and incremental delivery.

**Requirements**:
**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in reference data
- A minimum 2 years of experience in FMR implementation
- Proven experience in reference data management and statistical data systems
- Strong knowledge if the SDMX protocol and Fusion Metadata Registry
- Mastery of Agile methodologies and ability to integrate them into the specification process
- In-depth knowledge of data flows, from acquisition to dissemination
- Great understanding of reference data management
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise functional/technical specifications
- Ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
- Professional certification in Agile methodologies is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English language at least B2 level
- Proficiency in French language at a least a B2 level
