**Responsibilities**:

- 80% travel mainly across Germany, the Netherlands as well as other European countries.
- Responsible for setting up, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing Hot Runners and Controllers;
- Develop and maintain good customer relations.
- Provide maintenance and product trainings at customer
- Provide regular and effective written reports to the service coordinator.
- Promote aftermarket paid activities: spares, refurbishments, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical qualification as Technician
- Experience, ideally 2+years, with injection molding maintenance (molds and hot runners) preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot problems systematically
- Fluency in English and German languages is a must
