Following an adaptation period, you will autonomously handle a selection of mandates/cases in the field of intellectual property. Our client is committed to providing on-the-job training to fully support your development in this area.
Your responsibilities will encompass obtaining and managing intellectual property rights, as well as providing assistance to clients in their compliance efforts related to data protection. Additionally, you will be involved in drafting contracts within the realms of corporate law and **distribution law**.
**Please note that this position is in Weiswampach, in the north of Luxembourg.**
**Your tasks**:
- Registering intellectual property rights and managing intellectual property portfolios.
- Advising clients on legal and technical matters.
- Drafting legal opinions and contractual and regulatory documentation (contracts, terms of use, general conditions, e-commerce documentation, etc.).
- Assisting clients in the operational implementation of new internal policies and procedures.
- Communicating and corresponding with clients and other authorities worldwide.
**What they are looking for**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in law with a specialization in intellectual property law, information and communication technology law, or corporate law.
- Strong interest in legal and technical matters, along with great commitment, a willingness to invest, and enthusiasm for learning.
- A friendly and client-oriented attitude with a pleasure in working in a team.
- Proficiency in **French**, and **English**, **German** would be a real advantage.
