Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience on Identity Access Management
BA/BS or higher degree in related field of information security or computer science
Fluency/competency in English.French and/or Italian consider an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of ForgeRock is mandatory
You will
Manage the daily access rights within the company and clients from the onboarding/deboarding to the revalidation access process
Define an internal and clients plan of account review linked to the Application/Software inventory
Continuous review of the Privileged, Users, Consultants and Technical accounts
Be responsible for reporting's delivery for IAM
Provide recommendations regarding the optimization of the internal/customer's IAM infrastructures and processes
Participate within the continuous training for Identity Access security topics
Provide current best practices and third-party solution alternatives when necessary for functional design documentation
Work closely with customers, internal staff and other stakeholders to determine planning, implementation and integration of IAM system-oriented projects
Develop and strength existing IAM-related procedures within the organization
Actively listen to customers' requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns
Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
