The **EIB**, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate - Group Digital Office (GCS-GDO) - Information Protection, Access Control and Quality Unit (IPAQ) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, an **Identity and Access Management Administrator*.** **This is a full-time position at grade 2/3.

**Purpose**:
**Operating Network**:
You will report to the Head of Unit and collaborate closely with the entire EIB Group user community.

**Accountabilities**:

- Create, delete and update and monitor accounts and permissions using available Identity and Access Management (IAM) tooling
- Handle various IAM related requests from the end-user community and technical teams
- Act as second line of support for all issues related to authentication and authorization processes
- Manage privileged accounts through dedicated tools in collaboration with IT Security

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary level education.
- Minimum of 5-years of relevant work experience in IT systems with the exposure to the IAM domain
- Consolidated knowledge of IAM fundamentals including key principles and best practices such as operations in a hybrid or full cloud environment
- Good technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and general knowledge of UNIX/Linux in a virtual environment
- Good knowledge of typical IAM tooling (provisioning, identity analytics, PAM, IAM KRI/KPI dashboard monitoring, etc.)
- A complementary experience in IT, IT Security, Information Security and/or Information Protection would be an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of English. Good command of French(*) and other EU languages would be an advantage
