**Responsibilities**:
**Platform Vision and Strategy**:

**Product Development and Management**:

**User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design**:
- Ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers.
- Conduct usability testing and refine the platform's interface.
**Release Planning and Deployment**:
- Develop and maintain a release schedule for smooth and timely releases.
- Implement effective communication strategies for users.
**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:
- Establish KPIs and monitor/report on platform performance.
- Implement optimization strategies for efficiency and scalability.
**Security and Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulations.
- Implement security measures for a secure development environment.
**Documentation and Training**:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for developers.
- Organize and conduct training sessions to empower developers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product/Service Owner in a similar context.
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with public administration processes is a plus.
**Requirements**:
- EU citizenship.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
