- **Oversight & Fund Distribution Department**, where you will report directly to its head. Working alongside the Department’s other staff, you will act as the primary point of contact for a list of clients on fund distribution matters and be responsible for overseeing activities to support fund distribution.**Your role**:
- Acting as a single point of contact for clients and internal departments on fund distribution queries;
- Interacting with fund distributors by negotiating and setting-up the contractual relationship, performing the initial and ongoing due diligence in accordance with circular CSSF 18/698;
- Coordinating the cross-border fund registration within the European Union and outside, including Switzerland, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America;
- Coordinating the production and dissemination of fund specific documentation such as PRIIPs KIDs, EMTs, EPTs;
- Assisting the team in various projects to enhance fund distribution services.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Law or Economics;
- Two years of experience in a similar function would be an asset;
- Good knowledge in investment fund regulations;
- Excellent command of English and good command of French. Any other language would be a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients;
- Advanced knowledge of EMT / EPT / PRIIPs documents;
- Solution and client-oriented;
- Strong sense on initiative and focus on the quality of work.
