Bachelor's degree - Possess significant experience within a management level Procurement role with multiple category expertise ideally within either Distribution / Logistics / Supply Chain Services. - Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing and communication skills are essential. - Experience of managing large, complex cross-functional change projects. - Excellent negotiation skills with knowledge of contract law - Broad experience in fact-based negotiations, incl. target costing, clean-sheet cost modelling, negotiation game planning/structured negotiations. - Track record of delivering sustainable and consistent cost saving projects. - Able to demonstrate a track record of engaging key stakeholders in procurement strategy development and implementation. - Flexibility in influencing skills/styles at all levels of the business. - Advanced analytical skills, including being able to understand, interrogate and analyse big data - Be a dynamic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, flexible and motivated to succeed in a challenging environment. - Fluency in English a must. Another European language would be beneficial.
- Master's degree
- Experience in wider supply chain or operations or logistics is a plus although not a must.
- Fluent in any language of the countries in scope
- Professional procurement qualification desirable.
