Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at RTL Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of payroll-related tasks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3-4 years of experience in payroll administration. Strong accounting skills, including knowledge of payroll accounting, provisions, and budgeting, are essential. Familiarity with HRIS products such as Educos and SuccessFactors is also an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, social security contributions, and taxes
  • Participate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers and ensure administration and payment of supplementary pensions
  • Implement prevailing labor, social security, and fiscal laws
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR-administration related processes
  • Prepare and follow up on personnel budget and provide personnel cost-related elements for accounting closings
  • Liaise with external auditors as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Strong basis of accounting, including knowledge of payroll accounting, provisions, and budgeting
  • Familiarity with HRIS products such as Educos and SuccessFactors (an asset)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish language skills are an asset
What We Offer
