A key position is available in our organization, focusing on the oversight of investment fund managers. This role entails a range of responsibilities, including regulatory compliance review, risk assessment, and analysis of financial reports.
About the Role
As an Analyst for Prudential Supervision, you will be responsible for processing authorization requests from investment fund managers, performing prudential supervision, and acting as a primary contact for queries related to these entities. Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional working groups, contributing to the development of legal frameworks and supervisory tools.
Your Profile
We seek candidates with a Master's degree in economics, finance, management, or law, who have at least three years of experience in the field of Undertakings for Collective Investments (UCIs) and/or Alternative Investment Fund Managers (IFMs). Strong knowledge of regulatory obligations and proficiency in French, English, and German are essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills are also required.
Benefits
The successful candidate will be hired as a public employee under a permanent contract and will be eligible to apply for admission to the status of civil servant. A clean criminal record is mandatory prior to the conclusion of the contract.
