About the Role
Lombard International Assurance S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Dealing Specialist to join our team. As a Dealing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing day-to-day trading management activities, verifying dealing instructions, and ensuring timely execution and settlement by custodian banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify dealing instructions against investment strategy and compliance rules.
- Transmit dealing instructions to custodian banks in a timely and quality manner.
- Ensure accurate execution and settlement of dealing instructions.
- Instruct cash management deals according to specific agreements.
- Answer day-to-day queries from partners and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and handling of daily activities of outsourced internal collective funds.
- Perform four-eyes check on dealing instructions prior to transmission.
Requirements
- Graduation from University or Business School, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Banking.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated insight into the finance industry.
- Ability to work with figures and strong analytical skills.
- Well-organised and methodical approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and show strong team spirit.
- Ability to take initiatives and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Confident and professional approach to deal with clients and colleagues.
