Job Title: Associate Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage the development of new models and applications within our organization.

About the Role:

You will report to a senior manager and work closely with various departments, including risk management, IT, and external consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development and deployment of new models and IT applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new models and applications to support business growth and process improvements.
  • Provide technical support to internal clients concerning existing models and applications.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project initiatives.
  • Streamline internal processes and map, standardize, control, and automate workflows, documents, templates, and electronic records.
  • Support change management efforts in model and application development projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A university degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in model development and/or IT engineering.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Business analysis and change management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint online, Business Object, Microsoft 365, and Smart-IT.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong result orientation and customer focus.
  • An understanding of our organization's mission, structure, and activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with proficiency in other EU languages an asset.
