Business Manager

To drive business growth, we seek a skilled professional to oversee key customer relationships and manage locksmithing projects.

This role requires collaboration with various departments, focusing on portfolio maintenance, project management, and ensuring smooth operations from quotation to final invoice. Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting for new customers and projects in line with our commercial strategy;
• Managing and negotiating prices, quotations, and orders;
• Designing and putting projects into production, including technical studies, planning coordination meetings, and site management;
• Monitoring progress with administrative and accounting teams;
• Reporting to management and participating in department recruitment.

Requirements include:

• Master's degree in locksmithing and metalwork, with 10 years of experience;
• Proficiency in computer-aided industrial design software (AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, SOLIDWORKS);
• Mastery of steel and stainless-steel frame techniques;
• Knowledge of aluminium ranges (HEROAL, WICONA, SAPA, REYNAERS, SCHUCO) and LOGIKAL, SCHUCAL, and REYNAPRO software;
• Excellent sales techniques and product knowledge;
• Fluency in French, with German, Luxembourgish, and English as assets;
• Driving licence required.
