Operations Analyst Job Opportunity

The Manpower Permanent Placement cabinet is recruiting for a financial institution, an Operations Analyst (M/F/X), to support the Back Office department.

We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in a versatile position that offers a challenging and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update securities master files.
  • Introduce trades.
  • Handle Free of Payment Transfers.
  • Follow up on settlements.
  • Coordinate with counterparties and internal clients.
  • Manage cash activities, including cash flow, credit cards, and funding control.
  • Perform securities and cash reconciliation.
  • Prepare reports related to both activities, such as EMIR and MIFIR.
  • Manage corporate actions.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree related to the area of expertise or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Understanding of financial products, including forex and securities.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Portuguese or French is an advantage.
  • Analytical and synthetic mind-set with problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in proposing process optimization alternatives.
  • Rigorous, organized, with priority management skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, team player with high integrity and self-discipline.
  • Good knowledge of computer-based tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
