The Manpower Permanent Placement cabinet is recruiting for a financial institution, an Operations Analyst (M/F/X), to support the Back Office department.
We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in a versatile position that offers a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update securities master files.
- Introduce trades.
- Handle Free of Payment Transfers.
- Follow up on settlements.
- Coordinate with counterparties and internal clients.
- Manage cash activities, including cash flow, credit cards, and funding control.
- Perform securities and cash reconciliation.
- Prepare reports related to both activities, such as EMIR and MIFIR.
- Manage corporate actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree related to the area of expertise or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Understanding of financial products, including forex and securities.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Portuguese or French is an advantage.
- Analytical and synthetic mind-set with problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in proposing process optimization alternatives.
- Rigorous, organized, with priority management skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, team player with high integrity and self-discipline.
- Good knowledge of computer-based tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
