We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in protecting our customers from defective or dangerous products and ensuring a worry-free shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop actionable insights through the creation of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analyses.
- Track existing and emerging abuse vectors, generate actionable insights, and define new initiatives.
- Collaborate with partner teams to define metrics for measuring the success of our processes and initiatives.
- Provide objective and tangible data to identify improvement areas, make informed decisions, and monitor efficiency of our policies and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis, or comparable consumer analytics.
- Business proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- Experience with SQL, data mining, and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a diverse team across locations and cultures.
