**Description**

- Provide tax advice for national and international clients ;
- Discuss complex tax issues with engagement team and client management ;
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships ;

- Build a dedicated team according to client requirements ;
- Coordinate with other departments and external service providers ;
- Report to and update the partner on the progress of projects and decisions made ;
- Manage and supervise the team ;
- Conduct trainings and participate in training development ;
- Contribute to the growth of the company ;
- Develop a yearly plan to expand the client base.

**Profile**
- At least a 5-year Degree in Law or Economics, preferably with a Masters in Tax ;
- Excellent understanding of the international tax environment ;
- Ability to understand, discuss, and conclude on complex accounting and legal issues ;
- Good knowledge of portfolio industries ;
- Relevant experience of at least 6 years in the tax department of an international advisory firm ;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels ;
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written) ;
- Extraordinary commitment to provide excellent service, self-initiative, and team spirit ;
- Excellent soft skills, including delegation, organization, motivation, and communication.
