We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Education department as an Education Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing concert productions for young audiences, designing and implementing school initiatives, workshops, and participatory music education projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage production logistics, plan travel and rehearsals, draft and administer contracts, communicate with artists, agencies, and partners.
- Design and implement school initiatives, workshops, and participatory music education projects that align with the department's goals.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of the Education department to support and contribute to various music education initiatives and strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications in a relevant field such as project/arts/music management, musicology, or music education.
- Prior experience in project management within music education or the performing arts.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a positive, professional work ethic.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: German, French, and English.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, managing production logistics, and collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals. If you have a passion for music education and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
