">The 'Supervision of Specialised PFS' department seeks a highly skilled analyst to strengthen its team and contribute to the prudential supervision of Professional Depositaries of Assets other than Financial Instruments (DPAAIF).
We are looking for a key contact responsible for the prudential supervision of a portfolio of Specialised PFS, mainly authorised as DPAAIF.
This includes developing and implementing tools for the prudential supervision of Specialised PFS authorised as DPAAIF, as well as addressing issues related to AIFM regulation.
You will be responsible for drafting opinions, notes or observations in relation to the activity of DPAAIF, and collaborating with other departments on files and subjects related to DPAAIF activities.
We require a university degree in law, economics, finance or business administration and management (Bac+4 / Bac+5), as well as at least 5 years' proven professional experience in the custodian function for AIF.
You should have a good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements incumbent to DPAAIFs, as well as to AIF.
A strong understanding of crypto assets in the context of DPAAIF activities is a significant asset.
You must possess excellent written and spoken command of French and English. Luxembourgish and/or German is a real asset.
We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
The successful candidate will be hired as a public employee under a permanent contract, with the opportunity to apply for admission to the status of civil servant.
