As a Senior Integration Architect, you will play a key role in Advanzia's digital transformation by designing and implementing a robust integration platform that supports the growth and expansion of the bank.
This opportunity is a full-time contract with a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills through training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business strategies and propose adjustments to IT application landscapes to align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to architecture design processes, collaborating with all key stakeholders.
- Work closely with fellow architects to align data architecture with application architecture frameworks.
- Design and oversee the implementation of integration solutions using industry-leading practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration architecture documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in architecture design and deployment, integration management, or software design, demonstrating the ability to manage complex systems and lead cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 3 years in a role such as Enterprise Integration Architect or similar, with a proven track record of leadership and influence.
- Deep expertise in integration frameworks and platforms, along with a solid understanding of event-driven and domain-driven architecture principles.
- Proficiency in modeling architecture landscapes, using various tools and techniques to visualize and communicate complex systems effectively to all stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar, with practical experience in applying industry-standard models like BIAN in the banking sector.
- Demonstrated assertiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to federate diverse teams, aligning them toward common goals and driving collaboration across functions.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus.
- Able to design and implement lean, agile processes to create simple and accessible solutions.
- Clear and direct communication style with a commitment to engage openly and constructively, maintaining open channels and promoting information sharing with colleagues.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved, demonstrating a down-to-earth attitude to get the job done.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively.
