Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Learning & Development Manager to join our busy team, to support initiatives around our global training strategy. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and Key stakeholders in your region to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that help develop our people and deliver against our strategic priorities.
- You will support the development and delivery of organisation's talent development programmes and digital L&D strategy.
- You will promote a culture of self-directed learning to support the delivery of IQ-EQ's vision and people & culture agenda.
- You will deliver first-class learning and engagement interventions and events, undertaking a wide variety of design and facilitation activities, from 360 feedback sessions to Values and Behaviours workshops, to team development sessions.
- Proactively identify learning and development needs at an individual, team and organisational level and in partnership with the Global teams' design and deliver innovative and creative interventions to meet these needs.
- Lead training initiatives and programs, working effectively with colleagues to ensure delivery meets defined deadlines and objectives.
- Deliver face to face and virtual training, adapting style, content and approach to meet the needs of the audience.
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in L&D, qualified in the use of team development tools, including MBTI, experience of competency frameworks and their use in development, experienced trainer across all activities in the learning cycle.
What We OfferSalary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
