Senior Net Developer Position Overview

This is a challenging role that offers the opportunity to work in a large scale digital transformation and streamlining of applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in WebApi / Microservices development and proven ability to lead delivery of high-level business solutions.

As a member of the Solution Factory team, you will be part of an Agile development environment with regular Scrums and short sprint cycles focused on delivery of appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Walk through solutions throughout the application development lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with analysts, project managers, external providers, and quality assurance testers while reporting directly to the Solution Factory Leader;
  • Interact with key digital teams to understand business requirements and work from the end goal backwards;
  • Design solutions to best meet business needs;
  • Participate in daily meetings to ensure success of sprint cycles;
  • Review team code, onboard, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT (or equivalent European degree);
  • 5+ years of experience in IT and related technologies in a similar role;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude;
  • Organized, dynamic, and customer-oriented;
  • Recognized as a team player able to work autonomously;
  • Perfect command of English, both spoken and written.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong experience across .NET Development, C#, .NET core (.NET 5), and WebAPI;
  • Experienced with the Ms Azure platform and continuous Integration experience with Azure Devops server / IIS;
  • Experienced in building web applications using Javascript/Angular 8 (Type script);
  • Knowledge of database development, ideally MS SQL Server / SSIS;
  • Knowledge of authentication integration as Hybrid flow / PKCE (OpenId connect);
  • Able to review quality and security code with SonarQube;
  • Understanding of ready-to-run software package (containers) as Kubernetes;
  • Exposed to an Agile/Scrum Development Methodology.
