About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Policy Expert to join our team at Amazon Europe Core. As a Policy Expert, you will play a critical role in building innovative systems to protect customer safety at scale while enabling our customers to find and buy anything online with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems to prevent and mitigate safety risks
* Analyze and interpret regulatory changes and updates to ensure Amazon's compliance

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. law, business, public policy)
* 5+ years of experience in policy development and implementation, preferably in a regulatory or compliance role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
