Become part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and excellence. As a Senior IT Service Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and optimizing IT services that drive business success.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the IT service strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Overseeing the service lifecycle from inception to retirement as the primary point of contact for the service.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Monitoring service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, clients, and vendors to effectively communicate service goals and status.
- Resolving incidents and problems affecting the service's performance and availability.
