Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate law to coordinate the day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for our complex client portfolios. This includes regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities, such as funds, trusts, and companies.
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing and maintaining robust client files, and safeguarding against potential risks. You will also lead board and shareholder meetings, reviewing related minutes, agreements, and documentation.
Our ideal candidate has a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2-4 years of experience in corporate law, and previous experience as a Corporate Officer. They should be fluent in English and have knowledge of MS Office and relevant computer software. Additionally, they should be familiar with Luxembourg company law, including financial vehicles, SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, and RAIF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain robust client files and identify potential risks
- Lead board and shareholder meetings, reviewing related minutes and documentation
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CLIENTS, BANKS, AND OTHER EXTERNAL PARTIES
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate law
- Previous experience as a Corporate Officer
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office and relevant computer software
- Familiarity with Luxembourg company law, including financial vehicles

Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
