You will be responsible for extending the Corporate Finance Service, reinforcing the execution team. Your tasks will include fair valuation assignments across main asset classes such as private equity, real estate, and private debts.
In addition, you will be involved in intangible valuations and purchase price allocation exercises across several sectors and industries. You will also participate in M&A transactions and prepare/review business financial models.
Furthermore, you will work on transaction supports (buy side and sell side due diligences).

You have significant experience (3-5 years) in Corporate Finance Services (valuation, M&A, transaction support);
