Having established itself as a key player in the Luxembourg financial sector, FJMF serves over 1,800 clients, primarily institutional fund customers and corporate clients. The company is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC) and has a robust team of more than 70 experts.
FJMF leverages the latest technology to provide clients with an integrated suite of fund and corporate services, delivered to the highest market standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's internal compliance framework in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
- Support in the performance of client onboarding (KYC/AML) procedures, including risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
- Contribute to the review and update of compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance registers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance controls.
- Support the Compliance Officer(s) in preparing reports to management or regulatory bodies.
- Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to a culture of compliance awareness across departments.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Law, ideally with a focus on Compliance, Financial Law, or related field.
- First experience (internship or professional) in compliance, legal, or financial services is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French is required (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.
- Strong sense of ethics, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
