At IQ-EQ, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Portfolio Officer AIFM to join our team. As a key member of our AIFM department, you will be responsible for checking investment portfolios, analyzing financial frameworks, and monitoring portfolio investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews of investment portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial frameworks of investment proposals to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Monitor the development of portfolio investments and escalate findings to the Conducting Officer
- Ensure due diligence complies with regulatory requirements and action all World Checks on Investments
- Review executed trades by delegated managers and ensure accurate position tracking of portfolios
- Support IT and BCP matters and internal audit requests
- Prepare and attend stakeholder meetings
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds
- Master/Bachelor in Finance or an equivalent degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position in a management company or an AIFM in Luxembourg
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds
- Experience of portfolio review and working with investment managers
- Exposure of working with third-party delegates and service providers
- Fluent in English; additional language would be considered an asset
