Amazon Europe is seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Analyst to join our ACES team in EUCF.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to work on strategic projects and drive step-change improvements in Amazon's European operations.

We are looking for someone who can work backwards from the customer, define innovative solutions, and raise the bar on customer experience and speed while lowering costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present data to a wide audience.

This role requires travel as per project needs, but we offer a competitive salary package with opportunities for growth and development.

Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop data collection approaches to improve operational performance
  • Analyze data to provide key insights and identify improvement opportunities
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor the impact of implemented solutions
  • Contribute to process design workshops and problem-solving sessions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience conducting large-scale data analysis to support business decision-making
  • Proficient in extracting and processing data using SQL
  • Able to thoroughly understand processes and use data to identify improvement opportunities

We also prefer candidates with intermediate scripting skills (preferably Python), Minitab/Tableau, and project management experience.

Benefits

As an Operations Excellence Analyst at Amazon Europe, you will enjoy a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from:
