The role of Senior Business Analyst involves designing, managing, harmonizing, and phasing out IT services and processes within one or more segments.
- Conduct data analysis and interviews to gain insights on enhancing the customer experience.
- Enhance processes to be customer-centric, maximizing value for both customers and the business.
- Develop and implement the customer journey strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and define product/service, process, and channel policies in accordance with external regulations and risk and compliance guidelines.
The Senior Business Analyst will:
- Track customer satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality to gain comprehensive insight into the customer journey.
- Utilize expertise to develop new techniques, set monitoring standards, innovate products and processes, and enhance existing ones.
- Leverage specialized distribution knowledge to create and refine distribution practices that establish market standards.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you should have:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in IT and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with varying priorities.
- Demonstrated curiosity by dedicating time to thoroughly understand end-to-end product processes and staying current with market trends, risks, and product information.
Achieving this level of success requires strong skills and qualifications, including fluency in French and English.
