You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timely operation and provision of computer systems and services to the Deutsche Börse Group. As a key member of the team working in shifts covering 24 hours in the Command Centre, you will serve as the primary contact for production support and escalation if problems occur in production.
Your Responsibilities:- Production Environment Management: You will oversee and manage the availability of the production environment, ensuring that production backups are conducted as required. This includes setting up, monitoring, and controlling Clearstream production processing.
- Incident Resolution and Support: You will provide support and assist in resolving incidents and problems, including managing incident tickets and communicating effectively with various support teams.
- Batch Processing Execution: You will be responsible for monitoring the smooth execution of batch processing in both production and test environments.
- Coordination and Support: You will coordinate support and batch execution within specified deadlines.
- Operational Documentation: You will create and update operational documentation and handover guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: You will continuously review current processes to identify areas for improvement, including automation and job optimization.
- ITIL-based Processes: You will assist in maintaining internal system management processes using an ITIL-based framework, ensuring that all documentations used by the team are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who meets the following requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong team-player skills and the ability to achieve personal targets.
- A good knowledge of Windows environments and scheduling tools (UC4, TrueSight), with Unix being an asset.
- Fluency in English and French.
- An open-minded attitude towards working in shifts.
