We're seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Energy and Carbon team in Luxembourg. This role will be instrumental in gathering insights from data analysis, identifying business opportunities, and driving initiatives that promote sustainability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data analytics, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior management. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support key business decisions.
  • Build data structures and reporting processes to establish truth in data.
  • Analyze business challenges and identify data-driven insights with effective presentation of findings.
  • Leverage data to increase program efficiency, working closely with business teams to drive optimization.
  • Achieve best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation).

Requirements

  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience in business or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.

Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
