Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as AML-CTF, GDPR, DAC6, and international sanctions regimes. This includes maintaining GDPR registers, ensuring compliance with data retention policies, and managing DAC6 notifications.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for staff, promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness. They will work closely with legal teams to draft and negotiate client engagement terms and respond to queries related to risk management, professional conduct, and complaints.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legislation. You will have at least 7 years of experience in risk management or compliance, ideally within an international environment or law firm in Luxembourg. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French are essential.
