Corporate Officer Job Description

Our client, a leading European Private Equity Firm, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Officer to join their team in Luxembourg City Center. With over €10 billion AUM, this company offers a stable working environment and excellent opportunities for internal growth and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Luxembourg companies.
  • Update and manage company records with the Luxembourg R.C.S.
  • Manage and maintain the internally developed Database.
  • Coordinate Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Prepare Power of Attorneys (PoAs) and other reporting documents.
  • Coordinate bank account openings and manage changes in signatory rights.
Requirements:
  • University Degree.
  • Experience in Administration of Private Equity vehicles (SPVs and/or Funds).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
