Our client, a leading Corporate Service Provider, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen its team in Luxembourg.
This permanent contract role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, focused on collaboration and innovation.
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of companies and establishing their corporate structures, overseeing day-to-day management activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding corporate administrative matters.
You will also be responsible for preparing and organizing acquisition and sale closings, coordinating and managing board meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents.
Additionally, you will maintain extensive communication with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities, and provide support in the creation and organization of the Luxembourg office.
To be successful in this role, you will require a diploma in Law or strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of Italian is a plus, and you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, a proactive and initiative-driven approach, and effective task prioritization and workload management.
