Mission: As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and review customer documentation, including KYC information;
- Ensuring accurate name screening software and account data base maintenance;
- Managing and archiving KYC documents in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Developing and implementing effective control measures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing activities;
- Collaborating with external parties to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer identification and verification;
- Supporting the team leader in daily activities, providing expertise and guidance as needed;
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and requests;
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, law, business administration);
- Proven experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in the financial services industry;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken;
- Familiarity with KYC regulations and guidelines, particularly AML/CFT standards;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
