En vue de renforcer la fonction Compliance, nous recherchons actuellement un :
Compliance Officer (m/f)
Possibilité de temps partiel à 80%
Votre rôle :
En tant que membre de l'équipe compliance composée de 2 personnes, vous apportez un soutien au Head of Compliance sur une variété de sujets couvrant les questions AML/CFT et également les contrôles de la fonction de compliance.
Vos missions principales consistent à :
- Contribuer à l'achèvement des contrôles du Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Participer activement à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures AML/CFT et plus particulièrement :
- Analyser les rapports de KPI reçus de l'agent de transfert.
- Contribuer à l'analyse des due diligence sur les distributeurs et les gestionnaires de portefeuille délégués.
- Répondre aux demandes de parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à la complétude des reporting à la CSSF (questionnaires AML, SAQ, SRRC, market entry form, etc…).
- Récolter les informations nécessaires aux Comités d'acceptation clients et produits.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour de procédures et de lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre des politiques de conformité.
- Apporter un soutien au Head of Compliance dans les demandes ad-hoc reçues de diverses parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à la préparation des rapports de compliance destinés à la direction, au RR et aux conseils des SICAV.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) de l'enseignement supérieur spécialisé en droit, gestion ou finance.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire dans le secteur de la finance.
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension du métier de la gestion d'actifs et du rôle des différents acteurs.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des règles relatives à l'AML/CFT et à la gouvernance.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, précis et avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous avez une très bonne aisance rédactionnelle.
- Vous êtes capables de travailler en équipe, tout en étant autonome.
- Vous êtes capable d'écouter, de comprendre et de fournir des réponses claires.
- Vous imposez votre point de vue de manière diplomate.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
