The role of Investment Relations Specialist is a key component of Trident Trust Holding Luxembourg's Fund Department, comprising approximately 7 staff members. As part of the Luxembourg-based office with around 40 employees, our team excels in understanding Luxembourg's diverse range of fund vehicles, including SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs, SCSp structures, umbrella funds, and securitization vehicles.

The successful candidate will be part of the Transfer Agency team and report directly to the Director of Fund Services at Trident Trust Holding Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

This Investment Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for alternative investment fund clients and their investors. Key duties include onboarding new investors, conducting periodic reviews, processing shareholder transactions, generating shareholder reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely client documentation processing and account updates according to company standards;
  • Managing risk assessments and periodic investor reviews;
  • Coordinating and verifying accurate setup of new investors and transactions;
  • Producing high-quality shareholder reports for internal and external purposes;
  • Cross-departmental coordination to meet client needs;
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and their shareholders;
  • Adhering to established procedures, controls, and specificities related to dedicated clients;
  • Developing and enhancing transfer agency processes;
  • Implementing new rules and regulations into procedures;
  • FATCA and CRS reporting responsibilities;
  • Supervising Investor Relations Officers;

Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a highly skilled professional with:

  • A deep understanding of AML and KYC regulations;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the alternative investment fund industry;
  • Experience reviewing processes, assessing risks, and defining controls;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English);
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure;
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
