We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Expert who will play a key role in driving our growth strategy in Luxembourg.
- Client Service: Collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze client needs and identify the best solutions in digitalization and software testing.
In this critical role, you will actively contribute to the growth of our operations by delivering high-quality client service, proposing innovative solutions, and developing long-lasting client relationships. You will support our sales teams in addressing client needs by providing technical expertise and ensuring our proposals align with the specific expectations of the market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and presenting tailored technical proposals emphasizing service quality and added value for clients.
- Providing technical support throughout the sales cycle, including client presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations.
- Managing and continuously enhancing our portfolio of services to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with client demands.
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction while transforming business opportunities into successful collaborations.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within an IT services company, preferably with a focus on digital services or software testing.
- Excellent client service skills, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
- A strong background in digital technologies and software testing processes.
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Superb communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team and build trust-based relationships.
