Investment Tax Specialist

Job Summary:
A permanent contract in a dynamic environment is available for an experienced Tax professional. As our Associate Director - Tax, your key functions will be to handle a portfolio of investment projects, coordinate tax due diligence processes, and share knowledge with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a portfolio of investment projects in various jurisdictions;
• Coordinate tax due diligence processes for new acquisitions and disposals;
• Share knowledge with other departments in Luxembourg and London;
• Review acquisition/sale documentation and their tax implications;
• Design tax-efficient structures for equity contributions/repatriation;
• Provide tax intelligence to anticipate regulatory changes.
Requirements:
• Master degree in Tax, Economics, Finance or Business law;
• Relevant experience in transactions (5 years minimum) within the tax department of an investment management company, consulting or accounting firm;
• Fluency in English is mandatory, any further foreign language is a plus;
• Demonstrate commitment, responsibility, excellent communication and organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to multitask;
• Identify priorities and respect deadlines.
