Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects and products, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a portfolio of projects and products, aligning them with strategic objectives.
  • Operateally monitor the main components of projects and products (scope, budget, schedule, risks).
  • Communicate regular reports on project progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Write and monitor calls for tender for external services.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with IT projects and products.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor GDPR aspects associated with IT projects and products.
  • Contribute to supervising production deployments (change management).
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents (incident management).


Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, project management, or economics/management (Master).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or PMO.
  • Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and German considered an asset.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum); certification considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in the financial sector considered an asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Proactive, rigorous, and methodical approach.
  • Excellent drafting skills and good analytical synthesis and communication skills.


Benefits of this role include working as a public employee under a permanent contract, with the potential to apply for civil servant status. Prior to contract conclusion, candidates must submit an extract from the criminal record, dated less than two months old, to demonstrate conduct and integrity.
