The role of the Receptionist/Back-office Support is a crucial part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at our organization.
This position requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service while handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the reception area, greet visitors, and direct them to their desired locations. You will also handle phone calls, respond to emails, and perform other administrative duties as required. In addition to this, you will be responsible for managing meeting rooms, maintaining facilities, and performing other related tasks.
You will work closely with the team to ensure that all activities are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and providing support for special events. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within the allotted timeframe.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
