**About the Role**:
Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters is looking for a talented Shopper Insights Manager to join the Consumer Shopper Understanding (CSU) department, reporting to the Experimentation and Innovation Competence Center Manager.

In this role, you will craft, enhance and steward Global Shopper Insights to uncover opportunities and risk on Shopper behaviors. You will also disseminate Shopper knowledge within the organization, ensuring full collaboration among pluri-functional stakeholders, and provide expertise in methodologies and approach.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Shopper Knowledge Plan**

Covering this position, you will **help build a yearly integrated Shopper knowledge plan**. Together with an external partner, you will anticipate the macro-Shopper trends likely to impact our categories, channels and customers. In integration with local CSU and local Trade Marketing you will also identify and collect major research and existing knowledge on Shopper priorities.

**Shopper Insights Integration**

For each Shopper priority topic defined in the yearly Shopper knowledge plan you will embed Shopper learnings, combining Shopper Research and data (consumer panel and loyalty cards). Moreover, you will provide Shopper insights and recommendations to nourish strategies and execution on channels partnering with the Sales Business Development team, and on categories and brands partnering with our Executive and Global Presidency teams. Lastly, you will compile insights and recommendations in a playbook for each Shopper priority topic.

On local major Shopper understanding initiatives, you will provide central support in alignment with other stakeholders.

**Shopper Knowledge Dissemination**

You will identify and use transparent, strategy-aligned criteria to assess the value of Shopper research to the business. You will ensure Shopper knowledge and its benefits are shared within CSU and throughout the organization. Additionally, you will deliver Shopper insights capabilities training to our Ferrero Academy.

**Shopper Knowledge Expertise**

As the Shopper Insights Manager, your activities will include collecting competition best practices in Shopper understanding and driving the development of innovative approaches and methodologies to cover the needs. Additionally, you will ensure scouting and management of research vendors at central level. Lastly, for each Shopper Research, you will ensure that a post-mortem is set up with learnings/impact on strategies and execution.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring knowledge from around **10 years of marketing research experience**, of which at least** 5 years specifically in Shopper Insights**, ideally within an FMCG company or a specialized Shopper Insights agency.

Your familiarity with management practices (path-to-purchase, shelf optimization, in-store behavioral observation) will prove an asset, as will your strong drive for results and your ability to work in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams.

Similarly, your skills in analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns,

opportunities and gaps and integrate them across disparate data sources will be very valuable.

On top of this you will contribute by informing business decisions and by supporting Shopper and channel strategies with a business-oriented attitude.
