Pour notre bureau de Luxembourg, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) FUNDS SERVICES SENIOR OFFICER.
**DESCRIPTION DE POSTE**:
- Vous aurez l'entière responsabilité d'un compte client et, à ce titre, vous serez le principal agent de liaison et le point de contact pour toutes les questions relatives à ce compte;
- Vous serez un lien important entre le management et l’équipe, vous serez responsable de la qualité du travail effectué;
- Vous réviserez le travail produit par des Juniors pour le soumettre à votre management;
- En tant que Senior Officer, vous aurez la possibilité de suivre des formations pour améliorer vos compétences actuelles et en acquérir de nouvelles.
**VOS RESPONSABILITES**:
- Participer au setup de fonds d'investissement alternatifs et assurer la liaison avec des fiscalistes, des avocats et des notaires indépendants dans le cadre de la création de fonds;
- S'occuper des opérations quotidiennes des fonds et assurer le suivi des tiers, y compris les investisseurs et les gestionnaires de fonds;
- Gérer les comptes du fonds et collaborer à la préparation des rapports périodiques et des rapports réglementaires des entités du fonds;
- Préparer le calcul périodique de la valeur nette d'inventaire des fonds et les états financiers de fin d'année, se coordonner avec les auditeurs et examiner d'autres rapports relatifs aux fonds;
- Coordonner le service aux investisseurs, y compris l'accueil des investisseurs, les appels de capitaux, les distributions ainsi que la publication des déclarations des actionnaires ;
- Organiser et participer aux réunions du conseil d'administration et aux assemblées des actionnaires;
- Examiner les déclarations fiscales, les soldes d'impôts et maintenir les contacts pertinents avec les autorités fiscales.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Vous avez un baccalauréat ou un diplôme universitaire, de préférence en comptabilité et finance ou en économie;
- Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans les domaines de l'administration de fonds d'investissement alternatifs, les cabinets d'audit ou de la domiciliation;
- Vous parlez couramment le francais et avez de solides bases en anglais;
- Vous avez un esprit d'équipe, la capacité de construire de solides relations avec les clients, et prenez l'initiative d'agir sans attendre de directives lorsque cela est nécessaire.
