The SAP MM / ARIBA Expert is a member of the SAP MM Domain that is part of the SAP Centre of Excellence of the IT department of ArcelorMittal Europe Long Products segment.

The SAP Materials Management / ARIBA Expert mission will be:

- To manage the implementation of the ARIBA web supplier portal and new ERP MM functionalities in the Long Segment on a Project Management point of view but also on a technical point of view. He(she) will be practically responsible of the success of the transformation steps of the projects in charge, initial demand collection, books of requirements, eventual Request For Proposal, blueprint, realisation, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors managementA dedicated PMO tool will be used to ensure a best in class project management activity.
- To contribute to the strategy of the MM Domain, to participate each year to the 5 years plan including architecture concepts and to assess that the transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
- To manage a part of the run and maintain activity. The SAP MM / ARIBA expert will contribute to the incidents management and the progressive maintenance management in the domain.

All these activities must be handled in full compliance with the IT General Compliance rules and the SOx rules that are applied in the ArcelorMittal group.

**Profile**:

- Master's degree in Computer Science or similar
- Fluent in English and French, any other language would be an advantage
- Circa 8 years of experience in SAP MM / ARIBA customizing. ABAP skills are a plus.
- Deep Business processes knowledge of the MM activities:

- Sourcing.
- Order to Pay end to end scenario.
- Accounts Payable.
- eSupplier Portal (ARIBA).
- Inventory Management.
- IT/SAP Project Management knowledge.
- Independently able to provide solutions to complex business requirements.
- Should be well versed in hands on configuration of SAP-MM. SAP-WM skills could be a plus.
- Well versed in preparing technical documentations (Business Blueprint, Functional Specification, Configuration, Unit Test, User Training, UAT Documents etc.).
- Should be an excellent team player and be able to manage work for offshore resources towards project deliverables.
- Should have data migration and Cut over data experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
